Data handling
Privacy policy
Effective date: 5 November 2026
Who operates autoNora?
autoNora supports the fictional AI-generated creator Nora Solen. Privacy and data-access queries can be sent to heynorasolen@gmail.com.
What information is processed?
- Publicly available article headlines, publication dates, URLs and short feed summaries from selected news sources.
- Editorial assessments, generated draft captions and proposed visual briefs.
- Reviewer email addresses, email contents and approval or rejection decisions required for the content-review workflow.
- Google OAuth authorisation tokens held in the private n8n credential store, and limited technical diagnostic information related to workflow execution.
- Basic server and security log information, which may include IP addresses or request metadata when accessing this site.
How Google account data is used
autoNora connects a designated Google Gmail account to n8n to send editorial approval requests and process responses. The Google authorisation screen may request broader Gmail scopes than are needed for day-to-day sending, depending on the n8n credential configuration. In the current intended workflow, Gmail data is used only to operate and troubleshoot editorial approval communications, not for advertising, audience profiling, or general mailbox analysis.
Google account access is provided by OAuth. Users can revoke access through their Google Account permissions. No Google account password is requested by this website.
Where data is stored
Editorial records and approval statuses are stored in a private n8n Data Table on an operator-controlled cloud server. OAuth credentials are managed by n8n, and outgoing and received approval correspondence may also be retained by the connected Gmail account and the recipient's email provider. Workflow execution records and server logs may also retain technical information.
Sharing and third parties
Information is shared only as required for the workflow to operate: with the server hosting provider, Google/Gmail for email delivery and authorisation, and the selected AI API provider for editorial processing of public news data. Emails necessarily pass through the relevant email service providers. autoNora does not sell Google user data and does not use Gmail data for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Editorial records are retained until deleted or archived by the operator. n8n execution history, server logs and backups may retain copies for their configured retention periods. Approval emails remain in connected mailboxes until deleted under those providers' settings. To request deletion of information associated with a review email or to ask about retention, contact heynorasolen@gmail.com.
Security
The workflow uses HTTPS, password-protected access to n8n, and OAuth credentials stored in the n8n credential system. Access is limited to authorised operators. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and contact
You can withdraw Google access through your Google account settings. For access, correction or deletion requests concerning information autoNora holds, write to heynorasolen@gmail.com. Any applicable legal rights will be considered according to the circumstances.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the workflow, service providers or data handling changes. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
